Please read the following before submitting a request to Eagle Ink.

1. Student-Produced Work

Eagle Ink is a school-based enterprise operated by the Sandra Day O'Connor High School Graphic Design Career & Technical Education (CTE) program. All artwork, designs, and printed materials produced by Eagle Ink are created by students using licensed software and original content as part of an educational curriculum.

2. Customer Responsibility for Submitted Content

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess the appropriate rights, permissions, and licenses for any copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected materials submitted for printing or production. Eagle Ink assumes no responsibility for verifying ownership or authorization of such materials.

3. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Eagle Ink reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue any order that is deemed to violate copyright law, trademark law, privacy rights, intellectual property regulations, ethical design standards, or applicable local, state, or federal laws. Decisions are made in accordance with Arizona CTE Graphic Design Technical Standards and school district policies.

4. Educational Purpose of Sales

All sales directly support student learning, skill development, and career training. Products are created within a classroom production environment and may include minor variations in color, alignment, or finish that are consistent with an educational setting.
